Limited compliance resources can be a challenge, but there are ways to get the compliance message across without breaking the bank. Whether it is a cybersecurity or an anti-corruption compliance message, behavioral psychology can be used to encourage people to do the right thing in their jobs, Virginia MacSuibhne, vice president and general counsel of Ventana Medical Systems, explained during a recent Clear Law Institute program. MacSuibhne presented 20 inexpensive, but effective, communication tools that can be used to assure that a compliance message hits home.
